System requirements, I can't even run it?

Was going to buy this, but then noticed that on the system requirements it lists AMD RX6600 as the minimal requirement, my aging PC has a 5700XT (with a 3700X CPU), does that mean the game won't even start as its one generation behind even though the 5700XT should be beat a plain non-XT 6600 in raw performance.

While the 2000 series NVIDIA cards (2060) are listed even though that's the same generation as my card.

What gives?

Does the game requires a ray tracing capable card or something?

Your card has to support dx12 ultimate for the game to run.
