exact release TIME?

SWEET! That's early enough I'll be able to play all day long since I'm off on Fridays. Anyone knows if there will be pre-load? Not that it matters this much, but I gotta admit I am kinda addicted to them.

But still, that doesn't mean it will unlock right after that, seems like an odd time for it to unlock TBH, every Steam game in the past has unlocked either at 18:00 UTC or midnight for me. I'm hoping it does though, i would like to play it as early as possible on Thursday.
