I played the game on 6700XT and had no cutscene stutter or anything of the kind, so this is less an AMD issue and more a user issue.
Literally posted a video proving otherwise and most people on the forums don't seem to have any issues either. Of course I'm going to be antagonistic towards someone calling me a liar
Yes completely ignore all of other people saying they have no issues as well. The guy is literally claiming it's broken for EVERYONE and anyone who says otherwise is a liar
So I had an i9 9900k and a 2060 super. Game ran fine in 1440 at 100%/50% with dlss on medium, 100%'d the game (minus hard mode) and had zero issues.
Upgraded to a 9800x3d and an RTX 5080 OC edition, game ran like shid, I already knew about rebar, and some other fixes that I had already implemented and I didnt want to use nexus mods. Also when I say ran like shid....I mean the frame rate was stable, never dropped below 60, standing still was perfectly fine, but when walking left to right keeping the camera still, or moving the camera, everything just looked jittery as hell. 4k max settings DLAA...no frame DROPS...just something didnt seems right to my eyes as things panned across the screen.
So for 2 days I played around with various stuff...and finally found a fix/solution like 5 mins ago and it is butter smooth now.
If you havent already, go into nvidia control panel, and manage 3d settings for ff7 rebirth (add it under program settings tab if its not there).
Set Low Latency Mode to Ultra.
Max frame rate 60. (or whatever yours is)
Power management maximum performance.
Triple buffering and Vsync to ON.
If you have an AMD cpu....click help at the top and system information, and make sure resizable BAR is off, if not turn it off in your bios.
Launch the game, go into graphics settings and set the display refresh to VRR (even though I dont have a VRR monitor this works somehow) not vsync and lock the fps to 60. I go with 60 bc I use a Samsung QLED 4k tv as my monitor.
I loaded into Gongaga after doing this knowing it wouldnt help...it would just be the same as the past few days...and HOLY SHID....BUTTER.
I like how the one being irritated is you.
