Fatal error

I keep getting fatal error, and don't know what to do honestly.

16Gb ram ddr5 (more on that below)

So, yesterday i wanted to play CS with a friend. Boot the pc up, chatting on Discord, start CS2 and the game froze. Did it again, tested Sparking Zero, same result. Tried some troubleshooting. Long story short, one of my 16gb ram module died, hope corsair will replace it, if not, eventually i'll buy a new set. I used Memtest86, first module would freeze, second module after 2h of testing passed. Now i have updated my BIOS, the GPU drivers, and everything is stock, not even XMP active. Tried to remove the save data folder since it worked for a few people. Nothing. Even FF7 Remake works fine, it's just Rebirth. Really hoped it was just the RAM, but i get the windowed black screeen and just a generic "Fatal error!" on screen, though i find the following on my clipboard after the error:
Fatal error!
Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000000000000000

With several ff7rebirth_.exe!UnknownFunction and at the bottom the following 2:
KERNEL32.DLL!UnknownFunction []
ntdll.dll!UnknownFunction []

Any help would be appreciated.

I've put over 80 hours into this game and never had 1 crash... Now this 1.003 patch comes out with supposed 'bug fixes' and now I'm constantly crashing. WTF
