Can't complete Coreal Area

I've done everything in the Corel Area and I'm still missing 2 protorelic quests, they where never unlocked!
I'm much further now, I've even 100% the Gongaga region, and I'm still missing those protorelic quests.

How do I complete the region now?
I have no saves before doing the last protorelic quest there (and I wouldn't want to have to replay that many hours even if I had one).
And I hope this isn't a bug without solution because I was going for the 100% and I'm at 70 hours of play (possibly wasted now), if that's the case I'm 100% leaving a negative review to Square Enix.

Chadley will inform you about the remaining 2 protorelic as you progress through the main story.

And don't tell me this is a bug without solution and I need to redo everything for the 100% after 70 hours of play, because I 100% leaving a negative review to this game if that's the case.

Don't worry, the Corel region will be finished near the end of Chapter 12. They really should have done a better job making that more clear to players. You can't access the final parts of the Protorelic until that point.

Thank god, had decided before-hand was gonna do 100% achievments and I would have lost my sh*t if 70 hours went down the drain like that xD
