Which NPC did you find the most memorable?

There are plenty of npc's that I wouldn't mind forgetting (looking at you Chadley). But there were definitely some very well-designed characters, outside of the main party. Did any of them impress you or become memorable?

Definitely Jessie. But those three were practically main party through Remake. So if I had to go for a real background character, it would be Andrea and Madame M.

Chadley is the best character. He will have his own origin story DLC soon, he will be a playable character in part 3, and he will steal Tifa's heart from Cloud. Chadley is the best NPC, no contest.

Do you think they gave him the most speaking lines of any character in the game for no reason? These guys are methodical story tellers... Just wait

This is going to give me anxiety until the next game releases. I've never made a mod in my life, but if they do that, I'm going to learn how to make him disappear entirely from the game. Remake was fine, Rebirth has used up all the "Chadley" allowance left for the series.

But maybe we'll be lucky and they'll have a side mission where Hojo just wipes Chadley out of existence (after all, it almost happened in the protorelic story line).

For how incredibly minor of a character he was in the original they managed to make an annoying but somehow enjoyable and endearing character.
And when I say a minor character, you run into Johnny maybe... five times in the original? You knew he was a friend of Tifa and he was from the slums but that's about it.

While not entirely relevant, the Shinra Middle Manager was quite a funny gag.
