Which NPC did you find the most memorable?

There are plenty of npc's that I wouldn't mind forgetting (looking at you Chadley). But there were definitely some very well-designed characters, outside of the main party. Did any of them impress you or become memorable?

Honestly, it's gotta be Gus. He has so little screentime but he made quite the impression. The voice actor also did an outstanding performance and I am somebody that usually doesn't care about voice actors.

I would say Biggs. Biggs expands greatly how both Zack and Biggs feel being alive when both thought their death imminent before the change.
