It's in development right now. No release date set, but probably releasing somewhere in the 2027-2028 range. Unsure if it will release on PC at the same time as PlayStation though

They've finished writing the script for part 3, but as Shock said there is no exact ETA. I would expect 2026 or more likely 2027, personally, since Rebirth already takes care a lot of the issues that would have drawn out its development time over Remake like major overworld handling, further fleshed out/enhanced elements of the game, and such.

2027 would be the 30 year anniversary of the OG 1997 release. Guessing around there.

I bet they're aiming for a multi-platform anniversary launch. It would be perfect for their marketing. But delays and whatnot could be problematic with a static release date, depends on how efficient their asset pipeline is, really.
