Stuck at the end of chapter 9

Right now I'm not able to finish chapter 9. It looks like some kind of quick-time-event doesn't show up at the cut scene. It's after you fight Scarlet. where Tife is inside the Arma and swims with the Moiren.
The black and white one's are floating around but nothing happens.
I tried reloading a save file prior the fight against Scarlet but it's still the same issue.
Any suggestions?

I don't remeber there being a QTE to be honest. I think you just crashed.

there has to be something. Sometimes I can see 2 buttons flying towards me. ctrl. + up arrow. They disappear though and I keep staying with the other arma and the moiren floating back and forth. music keeps playing and everything.
of course I also tried pushing these buttons, but again, nothing happens.
Tried different saves - but no changes at all.

I finally figured out was was causing the issue.
for some reason if you use a widescreen mod the qte doesn't show properply. By going back to windowed mode the buttons appear correctl. ...and silly me, it wasn't the up arrow key, instead it was the shift key mentioned.
so finally I passed this scene. :)

You have to hold down L2 and R2

assuming arma is for the weapon but moiren?
