Surround Sound Issues
Before i get to the main issue:
I've had my moderately decent rig for about 5 years:
AMD R7 3700X on ASUS X570 Mobo,
32GB DDR4 3200,
An NVME Gen 4 OS Drive, and additional Gen 3 drive
Nvidia RTX 2060 6GB,
Sound Blaster Recon3D PCiE (Using Optical output),
(Rebirth is installed on Gen 3 Drive)

Like others have talked about when starting for the first time, i'd also had the usual performance issues: (Similar story with Remake)
Terrible stuttering and inconsistent FPS when moving between nearby areas, texture pop in was very noticeable. (Never had any game crashes or BSODs playing either Remake/Rebirth)

However i don't see anywhere near as much stuttering as i used to, thanks to those performance mods in both Remake and Rebirth. (Also using latest game update)

I would sometimes see sporadic FPS drops when completing a quest during dialogue scenes: Example: Helping NPCs in Towns.

This also leads me back to my main issue:
What is going on with the sound in this game?
Example: NPCs would be talking to you from right in front of you, and you can hear it from behind you. What the heck?
Oh and I've noticed a faint buzzing noise only from my headset while the game is running.(Possibly Bus noise?) It's noticeable when going to sound properties and disabling/re-enabling audio enhancements.
(Have muted the game to make sure)
Does anyone else get this or the Buzzing while playing this game?
Any ideas or advice with either of these issues? Is this merely a Volume issue?
