Chadley is so bad...

Dude was literally forgettable but squenix is like "Nah. We gonna one up Navi AND Fi."

I cant hit skip button fast enough whenever he starts talking.
Dude has the most voice lines out of any characters, last time i tried to just enter VR had him spit out 4 new lines and on exit he gives 2 lines at least.

Just f# off and let me play the game in peace

you realize this game is a retelling of the story and a open exploration game they obviously arent going to stay 100% true to the og game especially with the many changes they made to the story itself

I'm a bit flexible on changes and reworks but I don't think he fits the theme of the original. There was this gritty, low tech mixed with contemporary setting where the sci-fi line was blurry. Everything regarding Chadley seems too technically advanced. Too positively optimistic where we are playing eco-terrorists trying to save the planet. The flashes, the Disney music, it all hurts my experience. So I'm here; I rant; I'm better!

as i mentioned before that comment chadley has a important role in the story clearly since when we are working on nibhiems protorelic we see his real body is being experimented on

Chadley will be a playable character in part 3. He will have a plotline with Tifa. The entire whisper plotline will turn out to be a machination of Chadley, who is the wizard behind the curtain. He's been under your noses all this time.
