It's an integral part of his character development and was also present in the original PS1 FF7 as well, you just forgot. So either deal with it, or cry about it some more. Either way, I don't care and neither does anyone else.

I hate this change too and now I prefer avoid him, it really killed the character for me.
I could have tolerate this change on the other side ( to adult voice to child) like at some precise point or for some funny scene but not always until the end.
Really a bad choice but from SE and many others, bad taste like this is kinda "their thing".

Rebirth didn't change this. It was always in the original FF7. In the original Japanese version of the game, his speech mannerisms and text changes after the side arc with him discovering about Seto. It was always there in the oeriginal, this isn't a retcon and it's not a change. It was always part of his character, so deal with it. Just deal with it.

The original Japanese writers of Final Fantasy VII back in 1997 always had this as part of his character and was always intended by Yoshinori Kitase. He wrote this then back in 97 and he kept it here. Red 13 always changed personality, inflections and speech mannerisms halfway back into OG FF7.

It doesn't matter if you prefer it or not, this was always the canon original author and original writer's vision for FF7 and Red's character. It is what it is and your ignorance, your entitlement and your whining isn't going to change the author's vision as it was always intended.

You need to realize that you're the problem here. Works of fiction don't automatically change just to fit themselves around your entitlement. You can either deal with it or stop being such a child about it. You don't like it? Too bad. Kitase wrote the original and he wrote Rebirth. Don't like it? Too bad. Go cry at him, go yell at him on twitter. See where it gets you.

You realize all teens have a voice crack or a high voice like Nataki here right id understand if his actual age was his dog years but he’s a teenager everyone has gone through such a phase

I get what you're saying, but he's not human either so it's not really necessary for him to follow human puberty rules lol. It is what it is though!

Sure, but hes not human.
After voice change when he speaks i have the same feeling if i watched movie with bad dubbing, instead of original voices + subs
