Weird Image Distortion

Anyone know whats causing this distortion? Happens in other scenes as well. Specifically around the blade and hilt. Happens no matter if I have DLSS on or off, or if the settings are at High vs Low.

Edit:
As it turns out, the distortion is a side effect of having TAA on. Once I disabled TAA through the GameUserSettings.ini, the distortion was gone. Problem is, the game is heavily reliant on TAA so without it, the game just looks really bad/broken. I was also using DLSS 4 at the time and I believe it exacerbated the issue, so I'll just stick with the default DLSS Implementation and move on. Thanks for all the help and comments!

does this happen when you record gameplay without using the screen? Could be the screen could be adding filtering causing it

I barely noticed this but it is also in KCD. In that game I believe it was tied to TAA. It was super noticeable on the horses right next to the charcoal guy in Skalitz.

Hm. Frame generation on? I think that can cause something like this too. DLSS 4 is here a lot better.
