No

Even if it could you likely wouldn’t want to play like that.

The first game ran on high settings with 60 fps while FF 16 ran on medium with 60 fps. This should run as well.

That's why I'm asking. Did you go to special school or something?

it will never run on a 1070 due to technical limitations the 1070 has.
It's a 9 years old gpu, it doesn't support some modern DX12 features.
1650 is a 6 years old gpu, in the same generation as 2060. This is the gpu people are making work with a mod.

Well that's why you got an answer, the answer was no, pretty simple and easy to understand. Did you go to any school?

So the new update didn't fix the issue for gtx 10 series cards?

no it does not. I don't think it'll ever be fixed. since you need shaders or mesh shaders to. use to play the game which inquires a graphic card to use direct X12 ultimate

Ok got it.
have you not been able to save any money over the past 8-9 years to upgrade?

My GTX 450 ran Morrowind at 60fps so it should be able to run Skyrim at the same right? :tgrin:

Yes, but the first game was from the previous generation. It might not look like it from trailers/YouTube footage, but Rebirth genuinely has a noticeable upgrade in terms of graphics. In any case, the 10XX series doesn't have the hardware to support mesh shaders, which this game requires. It will never run, and even if they do find a workaround (like they did for Alan Wake 2), the performance will likely be very poor.

Hate to be that person because money doesn't grow on trees, but you might wanna consider saving some for an upgrade, the 1070 is almost 9 years old now.
