IF YOUR GAME HAS BLURRY RESOLUTION GRAINY VISUALS I MIGHT FOUND THE FIX( ONLY FOR AMD USERS)
I accidentally found a fix for the visuals through AMD adrenalin software
follow these steps:
1) go to amd adrenalin software
2) add ff7 rebrith game to the list
3) click the ff7 icon in the list and edit these settings
4) turn off amd motion frames
5) go to advance tab below and on the antialiasing - override application
6) antialiasing 2X, enable supersampling, enable morphological antialising.

And launch the game through the amd app, Let me know if it worked for you. This fixed the awful TAA TAAU grainy blurry pixel effect that was driving me mad. now the visuals look shap and detailed.

I swear most of these blurry problems are people using min resolution at 50% and max at 100%

It's wild this game defaults that as the normal. Also don't change settings in game. Ever. Always out of menu. Unless you want random weird ass 3d objects rending oddly.
I kept it 100 min 100 max

Unfortunately, that's a placebo effect. You can gauge this for yourself by disabling and re-enabling it and watch your FPS remain exactly as it was, which wouldn't be the case otherwise, especially with SSAA.

I use DLSS and I have the same problem with that effect that blurs the image, the water and the hair of the characters look terrible because of that, I use 4070 Nvidia

Or just turn on "Image Sharpening" and put it to 100% ... nothing need to overwrite.
