About enemy skills

Do we have the enemy skill that we can learn that gives us a shield for the entire party? i remember having it in the vanilla ff7 when we get to open world

big guard is not in rebirth, we have a new skill called gorgon shield but it doesnt actually block anything

You can use magnify + barrier materia to give the whole party a shield / barrier.
