Very rarely is a console to PC port perfect and this is far from perfect, but they definitely don't say that it "sucks"
My 3080 is handling it perfectly well, though I only play at 1080p as I don't have a 4k monitor so that makes a difference.
They didn't REMAKE the game. They just ported it. Of course it won't look significantly better. Just like playing Doom on a modern PC won't look significantly better than playing on MSDOS without modding it somehow. They enhanced things where they could without forcing them to rewrite the code and gave some options so it would work better on various types of PCs. What exactly did you expect??
Something like Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition . That game Was a graphical powerhouse on pc packed with pc exclusive settings and it was ported from the console version. Dude this is a lazy ass port with shader comp stutter
You can't win with these folks. Trying to say a 4k pc should run the game the same as a 600 console and that we should be happy with that....lmao
Next thing they're gonna say is spiderman 2 actually runs flawlessly...lmao
