Bug in Junon? I can't enter the control room after the dolphin ride

I'm stuck on this little platform. I think the door is supposed to open, but it doesn't. Does this happen to anyone?

I had that issue, hanged around for a minute or two and it sorted itself out. I was running around on the platform for a bit. Thought I was going crazy.

I'd say that was the only major glitch I've experienced so it stuck with me.

Have you tried saving on a new slot and reloading at that point?

The door eventually opened while I was alt-tabbed out of the game. It happened a few more times in that chapter where similar doors wouldn't open or were delayed. Maybe something that triggers it, I don't know.
But it hasn't happened anymore after Junon

ive had exactly the same problem, its unplayable at the minute.

Restarting the game fixed it for me

Go down the stairs, and back up, opened for me

Report bugs to Square Enix support page i notice this in the game too this suppose to be normal https://imgur.com/a/77SYCJl or https://imgur.com/0bBcy7K same here https://imgur.com/pZ67U3N and https://imgur.com/a/sS0GPGc curious if someone seen them i have report this to Sqaure Enix support as must be a bug ???
