Horrible water with grainy reflections

Im in Junon, this city is close to the sea and almost every moment I have to see how horrible the reflection of the water is in this game.

Is there no way to solve or improve the reflection of the water a little? Water is already on High. Any mods? Pls

It shouldn't take a genius to understand that is is not how the game is supposed to look.

Don't blame the game for your bad computer hardware.

It shouldn't take a genius to understand hardware issues can't cause graphical bugs like this. Its an issue with the terrible screen space reflections unreal engine 4 uses that go buggy when you move the camera.

But yeah, the water has issues. There was weird water in Remake, too.

what is your gpu?

It's absolutely nothing to do with the gpu it's the engine how it uses screen space reflections. Devs didn't give option to disable it for some reason.
