Does this include the previous remake content? Or is it a 'sequel' to FF7 Remake?
Buying this, am I able to play all of the remake created so far? Or would I need to buy FF7 Remake and Rebirth for that?

It's not a sequel. It's part 2 of a trilogy. So it is not a stand-alone story. You could start with Rebirth but it will harm your enjoyment in the long run.

It's NOT a sequel, it's part 2! Sequels are usually stand-alone stories and this is NOT, you need to know what happens in the first part. Unlike a sequel.

This is a sequel to the first part of the Sequel Trilogy.

Calling it a remake of FF7 would be disingenuous. As its really a sequel in disguise that fully expects you to have played the original game.

It's not a sequel. It's part 2 of a trilogy. So it is not a stand-alone story.
