The game REQUIRES DirectX 12, though. I don't think you'll see anything in there.
You can see if your PC supports DX12 by running DxDiag, which is an application on your PC. Just put DxDiag in the Windows search bar and it should pop right up. Run it, then look toward the bottom of the stats on the first tab. If it says DirectX 11, you need to get a refund.
I'm not seeing a command line entry. I ran a DxDiag test and saw DirectX 12 tho.
I would look at some of the guides that have been posted to fix this game but there isn't anything that is guaranteed to fix all of the problems.
I would recommend getting a refund at this point or waiting until an official patch comes out.
Are you on Windows Vista or something?
If that is not an option, then you will have to either upgrade your GPU or request a refund.
I'm guessing by <5000 you mean any 5000 series models? I have an AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT. And if so, I'm guessing there's simply no workaround at all?
