FF7 Rebirth doesn't find the data from FF7 Remake and both games are on Steam. Does someone has any clue how to solve it?

I finished Final Fantasy VII Remake on Steam, with the game saved on my local SSD. Later, I downloaded Final Fantasy VII Rebirth on Steam and installed it on my external SSD. However, when I launched the game for the first time, it couldn't locate the saved data to apply the bonus.

I tried the following solutions, but none of them worked:

Moving both games to the external SSD.
Moving both games to the local SSD.
Transferring the newest .sav file from FF7 Remake to the corresponding folder in FF7 Rebirth.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Its for epic to steam transfer, but if it works for epic (worked for me), it might work for steam too if you have Remake saves in different folder
