Am I the only 1 getting 2 shot by this dude. It is rated Lvl 22, im 21 on normal.

you should be fine at that level.. use the assess materia to find out how to deal with it and then go from there. cloud's punisher mode block will counter incoming melee attacks, and then you should just block the rest

the quetzalcoatl card is so broken whenever that one queens blood player uses it i always lose too. if you figure out a strat to counter the quetzalcoatl card please let me know its too OP

On Normal, you want to be a bit above the boss level, and make sure you are exploiting it's weakness to Ice. Blizzara and Shiva will nuke it into oblivion in less than a minute (I had already AP grinded to Blizzaga, so I never had time to summon Shiva)

Also, boss fights are designed around the idea you are going to dodge or block hits, not just take them to the face. If you want less concern of having to do all of that, either go with Classic mode or drop to Easy. Nothing wrong with a lower difficulty, as it's the same story, and same achievements if you care about them
