How long to finish the first game

First game from start to finish with 98% of the side quests (According to my stat read out at the end.) was around 34-36 hours, depending on fails and or backtracks and utilizations of fast travel. Intermission DLC is 4 hours long unless you play all the fort condors, which adds on another 2-3 hours.

It took me about 70 hours, cutting out 7 hours for time spent getting screenshots. It all depends on how you play.

I would advise against playing in a rush. This is entertainment, not a job where you get paid in achievements. Explore the city and listen to what everyone has to say!

56 hours in Remake. Did all side quests, collected all music discs, and played the darts game. Also, grinded for a lot leveling up materia for a HM run.

I dont understand how you even ask this question. All must be fast today, why not just having fun playing the first game ? then you are lucky and can play further and have more fun ? I assume you are one of these players, who is always angry while playing.
