People with AMD GPUs - How does the game perform for you?
For me it runs ok at a mix of high and low settings. (About 60-70 FPS) I have a 7700XT and 32Gb DDR-5 ram

P.S- if you have a 4090 and 96gb of RAM I do not wanna hear how you get 120 FPS all the time or the “just upgrade your hardware bro” ♥♥♥♥.

Running an amd 6650 w 16 gb ram. Runs good. I have had the crash mentioned in the forums a few times, so now I try to save after grueling events. All but one of those crashes was in the fort condor mini game and the moogle hut. I dropped some frames on the movies in chapter 1 such as when everything was on fire. Everything seems smooth on default graphic settings.
runs good but i have extremly pop in problems
6700XT, with 64GB of Ram, running on 1440p, on Linux, and same I'm on a mix of high and low settings.

Decent performance, there are still some stutters along the way. I also had to implement DLSS Enabler just so I can get "FSR".

I haven't experienced a single crash yet.

Same issue with the pop in, but it’s better if you turn the background model detail to ultra. Reduced it for me a little. Try that out and see if it helps. If it runs really poorly than just turn it back down. Not a great soulution but it’s the only one I found in-game.
I run a 5800x 7900XT and 32GB of ram, games runs smooth, I run slightly tweaked graphics basically everything set to high w/ a couple tweaks @ 1440p and I get 120fps vysc(120fps is the max fps allowed) sometimes Ill get dropps to like 100-110 but its not noticable. I've only played 2 hour so far but I say the performance has been excellent so far and its a nice looking game.. I have ff7 remake on ps4 and Id say rebirth is a major step up.

Can you tell us how to do this? Also does it just turn on upscaling or does it do frame generation?

The resolution scaling is automatic in the game isnt it? I didnt mess with it at all left it at 50-100% works fine.

5800X/6650XT - 1080P High Character/Spells, Medium world/distance, low shadows. AMD Adrenalin says i'm getting 96 average fps. Game runs very smooth with no stutter and looks good for the most part besides some weird ghosting and such from the TAAU that i have set at 100% min and max. We really need FSR 3.1 to sharpen the image up. Unreal engine upscaling is trash.

7800xtx, it runs well enough on max settings 1440p, 114.0 avg fps. I wish mouse turning was a bit smoother, it seems to have slight micro stutters that end up hurting my eyes over long periods of play.

Towns have more stutter to them, probably from loading in assets. The faster I move through town, the more frequent stutters.

5700x, 7800xt 32gb on gen4 nvme. Using dlss enabler and 66% scale (looks better than taa), everything high(even foliage, ultra lags too much), ini tweaks to disable dof/motion blur 1440p/90fps. You can use lossless scaling if you hit 60+fps.

ryzen 9 3900 xt / radeon 7900 xt here, settings maxed out completely except for dynamic resolution set to 100% - 50% target at 1440p, hitting the 120fps most of the time maybe closer to 100 in the open areas and 80fps at a 1% low

playing at 1440p all max settings with a 6650xt and 16gb ram getting aroun 60-80 fps while using losless scaling 2x

5800x3D with an AsRock 7900XTX. Windows 10 Pro.

4K Native 60fps. Everything high / ultra.

Had some screen tearing with Varable refresh. I don't think this does Freesync well. I have a Freesync monitor. But turning V-Sync on at 60fps is relatively stable and smooth. Only had a couple of Fatal errors in the inital Mt. Nibel section figuring out what worked best.
Oh and don't use TAAU.

In Adrenaline I have Radeon Chill enabled with FPS between 60 and 75fps. with Enhanced Sync turned on.

Ryzen 5600x with a 6800 gpu and 32gb ram, runs like a charm at 4k all settings maxed except for anti aliasing set at taa and some minor tweaks in Adrenaline.
Getting 120fps most of the time and almost no pop in.
Very happy with the performance so far and looks great! So much better than the original PS5 version I played almost a year ago.
Ryzen 5 3600+32 GB ram+AMD RX 6600 (8 gb vram)

Playing with a mix of high/medium settings @1080p at 60 fps (hardcap because 60hz monitor) which looks way better than it was on a (normal) PS5. Never had drops under 60 in 7h playtime now.

Yeah no u aint getting 4k 120 fps with those specs, you probably run a lower res then u realize or run framegen, you get more than the guy with 7900xtx, makes zero sense
