What settings is better than PS5 Performance Mode?

I'm playing on my gaming laptop with RTX 4060 laptop GPU and AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS CPU and I'm getting 35-80 FPS, 60 FPS most of the time without Lossless Scaling x2 Frame Gen. With Lossless Scaling I'm at 120-144FPS most of the time at 1080P.

But my settings is a custom setting where my DLSS is at 66%.
Background Model Detail - Medium
Ocean Detail - Medium
Character Model Detail - High
Effect Details - Low
Texture Resolution - Medium
Shadow and Fog Detail - Low

Are my settings better than the PS5 performance version? In other words, do I continue with the PS5 version or do I continue with the PC version?
