I tried removing the "f" in the .ini file to get the game in borderless windowed, but it doesn't fit the screen that way. Anyone knows a line of code to make the game fit my display while rendering in 2K? Much appreciated.
Maybe give that a try to at least use XESS or FSR's native AA's to try to eek out more clarity?
you can use the Radeon Super Resolution to get your monitor to higher Resolution but this wont profit you anything because your monitor has just 1080p pixels and there is no magic where you can make more out of it, it is a hardware limit.
All you will get is reduced Frames, but 0 Visual Quality.
rather you can use Alt + R to open the control panel in game, for the in-game specific stuff like frame gen,FSR3, Sharpening or whatever. even if the game doesn't have internal support AMD's software allows you to use it in any borderless fullscreen game for FSR 3 and Frame Gen on 6000 series and up cards.
frame gen and sharpness alleviate the blurryness.
another thing you can do is if you click the dropped down for advanced you can override the application antialiasing method and use amd hardware method.

Use FFVIIHook and put
[ConsoleVariables]
r.Setres=3840x2160f
or whatever res you want in your Engine.ini and the game will run in exclusive fullscreen at that resolution.
You should be playing at the same resolution as your desktop.. mine is 1440p.
