Bugs and textures not loading correctly or just not loading at all/

I dont know if anyone else experienced this but whenever I load the game, certain parts of the map dont load properly and are left textureless or is rlly badly textured as I can see through the ground and under the map but walk over it as if there is ground there. Also doesn't load textures for rather important NPCs and i get this chopped mess of a face whenever I speak to them. Ngl its rlly disappointing if its a porting issue as SE should have done various tests before releasing the game to PC.

Also am running with the following:
Ryzen 5 3500X
Geforce RTX 3050
48GB RAM

Running at 1080p - 60fps capped on an SSD with Windows 11

So it aint the pc being an issue since can run on minimum setting and medium settings just fine

List the specs so others can help.
CPU. GPU. Power supply. Operating System. What resolution and framerate are you trying to run? Are you on an SSD, HDD, NVMe?

The issue is with nvidia drivers apparently because people on both windows and linux are experiencing the same problems. Some GPU's seem more immune to the issues than others for whatever reason. Even amd GPU's are hit or miss. The game is just really unoptimized right now.

How much VRAM does your GPU have? I also have a GeForce RTX 3050 but with only 3GB of VRAM when the specs require at least a Geforce RTX 2060 which comes with 6GB of VRAM by default
