they even try to conceal this by not releasing a PC demo

just wanted to take our money >.<
I am in the same boat. FF VII Remake works well on Geforce GTX 1050 Ti, but it does not support FF VII Rebirth. What I was told by some community members here was that FF VII Remake Intergrade is PS4 game, however FF VII Rebirth is PS5 Open World game. I'm really sad, but nothing can be done until the modders find a way to make compatibility issue resolved. I'll be grateful even if the game can run on low settings. Getting an RTX 2070 card just to play FF VII Rebirth is too expensive.
my Specs are i need a Effin Upgrade apparently.. LOL i got a GTX card thats why i cant play..

the Intergrade came out for PS4. The Rebirth came out for PS5. Are you going to argue with Sony over that?
This game is well optimized , many people complain about it but mostly the problem sits behind the pc , they want graphical sensations but they wont upgrade their pc abd complain about bad performance , textures get bigger worlds goo bigger and so on and all this needs better hardware , sure you can max out old hardware but in the end days wil come for them , thats why i have a simple rule what do i want from my pc , how much fps which resolution etc and after this i build my pc straigth forward , but some people buy pc like 5600x or old i5 6600k with a 3060ti and wonder why the game runs bad on 1440p , each card is set for one type of resolution and for cpu is also a simple rule , if a cpu hits 120 fps ind 720p it will do the same on high res mostly
sry i try to explain a bit xD

I'm not quite sure if this is helping your guys' issue, but as far as getting a runtime error/crash for dx12 (which seems to be the problem most GTX users have reported?) there seems to be a workaround with the following dll. Can't test it myself, because I'm not running an nVidia card but might as well try it out:

1050ti has low vram and the textures of rebirth in the iopen world a big , you can set resolution scale in the ini file but then textures looked like a potato
Remake was released almost 4 years before Rebirth and for a different console generation...

Word on the street is that this will fix it for the GXT 1600 series but not older cards like the GTX 970 or 1060.

its not runtime its about vram and textures just simple remake had a hub world system just short ares , rebirth has to render for example 2 or 4 qmiles thats why its demanding and slow vram and 8 gb is just old gen 12 16 24 textures got bigger

unlikely the only fix will be to reduce texture size and turn stuff of in the ini files

The latter option being the only realistic option. You're already well past the tipping point on this. Today it's a handful of mainstream new releases. A year from now the count will be in the dozens. The ten series is almost nine years old now, and used they go for less then all of a hundred dollars. There is nothing else to say then your card is now obsolete.
