FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH

Welp i think Dynasty Warriors Origins fare better than this game
Only 31k peak players on weekend is kinda bad.
DWO got almost 70k players with a history of a bad game like DW9.
FF7 Rebirth is indeed a commercial failure.

So far I'm liking DWO better than FF7R2 to be honest, but maybe FF7R2 will pick up. Not having any performance issues on either one but so far the FF7 has been pretty...zzz

also, this isn't a new game for everyone as DWO is. Not a really fair comparison.

Bro's talking about player numbers on a game that released a year ago and a majority of the people that wanted to play it already did... A YEAR AGO. Not to mention the 30k is just steam players, i don't know if you've seen but the amount of times this game has already been torrented is in the hundreds of thousands, not that i condone that so add around 150k to that 30k and you have the real player count for the weekend :^)

Dude's just trolling cause he's board. Checked his post history and he doesn't post in any forums for any games he actually owns, at least on Steam.

Also plays games for something like 120 hours a week. No job, no life.

I mean why the PS players wanted to play in PC again?
Just do not count the EGS players, it might be only 100 people lol.

I played the original on PS5.
I think Rebirth was a massive step back from Remake part 1.
Despite having massive step forwards in terms of graphics, gameplay, and open world.
It's a bigger game but not necessarily better.

Hopefully with part 3, they can take the best from Part 1 and 2 and produce a near masterpiece.

The main thing with Rebirth that's the problem for me is how forgettable and generic the entire story is. I replayed Remake part 1. But I have very low desire to go through Rebirth again.

Rebirth is basically a game full of minigames and random stuff to do.
It's packed full of this stuff but it's not compelling stuff.

I respect how masterfully engineered and big the game is.
But in the details it fails hard (story and also kino moments between characters).
It's hard to describe.

Its not as good story wise as FF7R but still fine, also has lots of character building. And yea minigames kinda annoying but you dont have to do them

DWO had good game play, but Jesus the story was absolutely trash.

All the characters were pussified. I mean it honestly was crazy. Cao cao was a complete btch compared to how he's normally is. Basically every character was.
