FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH\Engine\Plugins\DLSSSubset\Binaries\ThirdParty\Win64
You should be good if it says "Source Apt: DLSS" above the upscaler selection.
I am not sure how to actually get DLSS frame gen, it must have been using XeSS all this time. If anyone has any idea how to get this working, help would be much appreciated!
I didn't notice any change after upgrading to the latest .dll-s and setting the new preset in inspector.
As for DLSS Enabler and FG, all it really did was show that officially adding FG to the game would do wonders for smoothness for me.
But as mentioned by others, it messes with the upscaler, so after using it now you are forced to use XESS and FSR, and not possible to use DLSS. It looks noticeably worse to me.
Furthermore, the FG Extended setting (which becomes available after using FG HUD Fix) makes it feel really choppy. Which is too bad, because without this setting the HUD elements have extreme ghosting. So the best would be the smoothness without the ghosting.
Hopefully they will add frame generation officially, it would be awesome.
