I'm using 1080ti, this fix gives a different error: "Game files required to initialize the global shader library are missing from:... <install path>/End/Content"

honestly i don't know how to help you, sorry. maybe a patch or mod will come out soon that will help with this problem

my friend launched it on 1080 ti and everything worked fine, I have 1660 super and the game runs without any problems

hmm which OS is your friend using? in any case if it worked for him it would confirm there is no hardware limitation at least
