Same with a 3080 and 11900k. No matter what settings I choose it just stutters frequently even in the opening minutes of the game. Cut scenes, combat, walking around, whatever.

What did you expect? FF7 Remake still a stuttery mess, thanks to Stutter Engine 4.

I am on HD right now, 1080p, and with all the CPU/GPU boosting fps are still inconsistent as hell. I took offensively on Rem Best Girl user: the game does indeed look very beautiful, until you start any character or camera movement

idk im running a rx6800 and a ryzen 5 5600x and my game is running decently at 70-90fps at 1440p highest settings. i do agree though when panning my camera it does feel choppy despite having consistent frames.

Interesting, aside from the i9-12900H (i run on the i9-11900k) our setup is the same but my game runs smoothly.
Average of 85-90 fps, in towns it jumps around 100-120, all maxed out settings.
Running it on a m.2 Samsung 970 Pro.
Edit: forgot to add that i run on 1440p

Doing fine for me, at 1080P, settings mostly maxed, 120Hz/FPS vsync'd, 80% min render target, or 90Hz/FPS with 100% render all the time.

My rig is not high end. It is a Z790 board with 32GB DDR5-7000, but then it's an i5-13400, and a 4060Ti 8GB lolol

yeah sounds a little weird my frames are like 10-15 lower in the town then when exploring. But my rig isn't as good as his so maybe its that.

1440p no issues. Game's running fine at max settings with DLSS as my AA. Both at 100% in terms of resolution for min/max.

It works fine for me, 4060 laptop lenovo legion, 1440p, dlaa, 55 - 60 (open-world), 40-55 (cities), although I had to lower the background mode detail option, there is popping but it is quite stable, It needs a patch, but I don't have that many problems either.
