Even after all the talk today, I'm still undecided on upgrading my rig

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor 3.30 GHz
Installed RAM: 8.00 GB
Windows 10

The only game I foresee needing an upgrade for anywhere in the near future is Part 3 of this game. Still unsure of whether to hold out for some kind of Vulkan option or mod that just says ♥♥♥♥ the lighting, or some kind of capitulation by the PC version devs to make it playable for a wider audience.

I don't see a Street Fighter 7 coming out any time soon and I don't see another Baldur's Gate 3 sucking me up out of nowhere so the incentive is low.

Based on what I can cram into what I already have, what would be the A) emergency stopgap, B) passable, and C) future proof options for a GPU I should be looking at if I do decide I'm desperate enough to upgrade for this single game?

Also note that I am trying to weigh both sides of this argument with fairness even though the haves are all like "got mine" and the have nots aren't always going to be 100% good faith out of some kind of desperation/denial to play this game before its corpse goes cold.
