game will not start up final fantasy 7 rebirth

i have done everything to get the game to work clearing cache updating my drivers are all up to date restarted my pc reinstalled the game and looked on task manager but nothing seems to work if anyone got some suggestions i appreciate any advise that can help

the highest i have seen it go is 12 percent

They were asking for the model of your CPU. The game seems to require AVX2 which might not be available on your CPU if it's kinda old, preventing the game to run at all.

yeah sorry all these years im still learning how my pc works but i hope this is the right one Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz

It is! And yeah sadly you're not the only one unable to run the game with such an old CPU. There might be some community hacks down the line allowing the game to run on those, but at this point in time your CPU is unsupported.

The requirements have changed quite a bit between the first game and this one. Maybe too much, to be fair, but yeah AVX2 on the CPU side and a pretty recent GPU with DirectX 12 Ultimate support are now required.

ill see if i can talk to my mte he did say he has a new set up ill ass if the requirements will mach the game to run and can see what you mean they just making more money just so we are happy when OG it was a 3 disk addition and its a hole game
