So AMD users cant play the game?
It seems alot of people are getting constant crashes on AMD Radeon Cards. I have a 7600 and I cant go 5 minutes into the first town without it freezing and crashing.

I have the 7900 XT. What worked for me was actually downgrading the driver to version 24.7.1 as suggested by someone here. I’ve been playing for hours since at 4K 60 with zero crashes unlike before where it kept hard crashing in the Grasslands. Hope it helps!

Have yet to see a crash in my 1 hour playtime.
What’s yours screen resolution?

Not really. I am playing with a 6800XT 1440p 70-80fps.

you can, you simply need more than just good specs, you need a computer that is not trash. A good spec'ed computer can be in a completely trash state.

this helps literally no one. the game is unplayable for thousands, regardless of specs. stop making excuses for companies that wouldn't even bother to spit on you.

It does work. It's just that lot of AMD graphics card owners outside of 7900XTX seem to be having noticeable issues right now...

I have a ryzen 7 5800X and a 7900XTX and still dealing with regular crashes. 1440P monitor...the game runs great when it's not crashing lol

7950x3D with Sapphire Nitro+ UVed and OCed, PW 15%+ running at 4k HDR native, capped 60 fps only had 1 crash when I first left Kalm, no crashes after that and I am currently in Chapter 7
7800XT Nitro+ here.

I had 3 crashes within first 6 hours. My GPU is manually tuned (OC & UV). I gave it 20 more mV and switched Power limit slider from -10 to -5%. Kept all the other values. 32,5 hours in and never crashed again.

I have a 7900GRE/5700X3D. It played like crap at first for me, then i enabled AFMF 2, Image Sharpening-100% and Anti-Lag and the game has been running great!
Using a 5700x3d and a 7800xt and I get bad stuttering on medium preset and even low preset they should've added FSR and frame generation.

certainly something else going on there friend, I have the 5800X with a 7900XT and other than a few crashes (although not had one in a couple days now) its all pretty smooth on max settings, others on the same setup as you are getting good gameplay on high settings too.
5800x3D + 32 GB RAM + 7800X = Plays great, right up until it freezes. Game then hangs for 10 seconds with the last image on screen, goes black for another 10 seconds, then crashes to an error message. Music keeps up until the total crash. No idea why it happens - I can play for 3 hours with no issues, or 10 minutes and a sudden crash.
(I posted this on another thread but I thought it was applicable here as well)
47 hours played, currently in the desert area w/ the buggy just after golden saucer. Still NO crashes or issues. High Settings(AA on TAA not TAAU) 1440p on 5800x 7900xt 32 gb Ram. AMD App shows 119.9 average FPS (Standard Vsyc w/ 120FPS set in game).
I have all the options under graphics in the amd app turned off. I dont use none of that stuff in any game. Fluid motion, anti lag, etc. its all disabled. I also have Smart Access Memory Turned on.

Hopefully this will help some people have the same experience Ive been having for almost 50 hours, which has been smooth.
