That's the same for pretty much all haptic titles on PC, blame Sony.
Or is this only for Adaptive triggers maybe i remembered it wrong.
Yeah, some stuff works wirelessly, but not everything.
For me everything works fine through a regular usb-port on the front of my computer.
Yes. Some features work over wireless, but not all of them.
Then again, the Xbox Wireless Adapter isn't any easier to come by. There's plenty of knockoffs of varying quality though.
The reason that some features don't work over Bluetooth though is that Bluetooth just doesn't have the bandwidth. It tops out at like 3 Mbps in ideal conditions, with the actual throughput usually being much lower.
Guys just a big FYI when you plug in the game no longer has vibrations working either so you gotta pick wireless for Vibration or Wired for Haptics. (Though for me wired haptics did not work even with steam input disabled) This is a frustrating issue.
I still have vibrations and Haptic feedback. I just think Haptic feedback replaces some kinds of vibrations.
For instance hovering over objectives on the Mini-map will be vibration on wireless and Haptic feedback on plugged in. But combat still mostly uses regular vibrations.
I did disables steams Dual-sense support thou as the game has built in native support for it by default.
wired haptics worked for me by default
