I bought it, but tbh a person who isn't me does pirate games sometimes usually plays them maybe even beats them and if they're good then they buy it because it's decent enough for the collection. There's a lot of games out there and after a few hours you realize they either aren't your cup of tea or just aren't that well made.

Previous game received timely patches for that version. Well, except for the last patch that added the censorship. No one needed that.

this is why i wish demos would become mandatory in the gaming industry i dont wanna have to buy a game and hope i like it before the 2 hour refund window expires, or to check if my pc can run it and all that stuff. why consoles get demos all the time when games are designed to work perfectly for them and not for PCs who specs can vary by a wide degree is beyond me

Also, many pirates will ultimately buy the game, or support the francise further down the line, when they have money, or just want to test the game if it's stable and see if a third party ultrawide patch is relseased and works decently, before buying.
