Same here, got a 1440p monitor, can't change the resolution. There is no Full Screen option either, you can only play in Windowed or Borderless
The resolution that the game runs with is your desktop resolution in Windows Display. That's how Borderless Window behaves. Confirm your tv display output is 3840 x 2160 and ensure your game is set to borderless.

Put it to windowed, change resolution and then put it back to full screen.

This is the way, although it says 1080p on borderless windowed, it is actually 4k regardless.

It is very easy to change. Set the dsplay mode to window mode and you can change the resolution

And most likely it didn't changed anything... but I did it too. :lunar2019crylaughingpig:

Its greyed out because you are in borderless windowed mode, in that mode it will display at the native resolution of the screen it is on.

It sucks because I’m forced into 4k resolution and my pc isn’t enjoying it lol. Had to turn texture resolution down to low.
