Driver issue, and there is no fix until Square Enix works with AMD to get it done. They released a buggy port that doesn't even have AMD support.

res scaling is causing the issues match both numbers in settings to disable it and see if that works for you guys

thanks, i changed max/min scaling to 50% each and pushed through the first glitch boss of the game

Update: I moved the game to a faster drive and was able to get past the cutscene, also fixed the texture loading issues and long load times I was encountering.

Steam > Settings > Storage > [Check game you want to move and select a destination Drive]

I use Intel and I get fatal error as well
