I've tried:
- reducing the dynamic res to 66%
- playing on Medium
- update driver to 25.1.1
Still crashing, not even 2min in the game sometimes. 110min of game play so far according to Steam, 30min of compiling shaders with 10+ crashes.
I love the story, but this is not very nice (being polite here) for a game at AUD 100...
This is what i did and i experienced no crashes anymore. Hoping for an update in the future.
The funny thing is that what worked for me using my RX 7900 XTX was the contrary. What worked for me to stop the crashes was using in-game V-Sync instead. However, the frame pacing (not framerate) is a mess unless I also disable VRR for my monitor, set a fixed refresh rate, and limit the framerate using RTSS. Something is off, either with the game or the driver, and I hope it gets fixed soon.
