Uhm you are mixing things up: Teenage Tifa was changed, so she got her undershirt on and this was post release.

Even though it's a form of censorship, it actually makes sense for the character to wear boxers instead of briefs.
Some people just don't want games though, they want interactive porn and the game, whatever it may be, takes a complete back seat to whether or not they want to bone the female characters. I mean, just look at some of the posts in the DQ3 Remake forum, you've got people losing their absolute minds because the female warrior got a pair of booty shorts that you can't really even see in game.
No, I am not. BOTH were censored at different times, one going so far as to retroactively change game files with patches. As I said, it's the narrative impacts that are most troubling in FF7's case, so it's not worth it to me to argue over character models.
But the fact that the pro-censorship puritan faction rely so heavily denying or distorting facts speaks volumes about their world view, and the cost of letting them influence our great stories and games.
I specifically said the story changes were the bigger concern. But yes, continue twisting facts as the last several pro-censorship posts. That's all you have. I'm done here. Cheers!
People don't wanna play games anymore they want to complain about " woke stuff" , and nit pick graphics / performance.
I really do hate the internet.
