Game wont launch

My pc meets all of the requirements, I've verified the files done everything I could think of, but the game still wont launch. I'll click play, it'll go to the "stop" button instead as if im in a game, and then it just goes back to play again without launching.

I'm having the same issue and I've tried verifying the game files and updating my driver. Have you tried anything yet?

I figured out what the issue is. If you go to steam and the go to help -> system info, scroll through the page that comes up and look for AVX2. My processor doesn't support AVX2 so the game will not launch and I have to request a refund.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070
It meets the requirements so I am unsure why it wont launch
