The settings are horribly barebones. Not even close to what should be available on a modern game, but no HDR toggle?!

Sounds like a skill issue of not knowing how HDR settings work. Stick to console or learn 2 PC game.

I seen an option in the config file in the below location, but it looks like it gets overwritten when the game launches :/

C:\Users\<user>\OneDrive\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

Google it if you're unaware about the software or ask chatGPT.

Will using special K help run the game with a gtx card?
