5600xt has no mesh shaders. You can't run the game unless there is a mod which removes the requirement released at a later point.

Because often, minimal requirement is not reliable, and also because FFVII Remake ran perfectly on these graphic cards.

To be honest, Minimum System Requirements on the Steam page and everywhere else say Rx6600 why you even blame now Square Enix for ignoring that and not being able to play, upgrade your GPU and thats it.

With some luck, you can use VKD3D the Linux D3D12->Vulkan layer and bypass. Not sure how the perf will be like though, since it looks like Raytracing is a hard req.
