I'm going to be straight with you. CDKeys, while I've gotten games off it before. Try using Fanatical, Humble Bundle or Greenmangaming for Preorders over CDK as those are pushed as the official partners of devs. Specifically, Humble or Greenman for Square Enix titles. If you max your XP on Greenmangaming, you got the Rebirth preorder for 43% off instead of 30%. I also got my key around 2 or so hours ago. Fanatical, I usually got game keys a day or 2 in advance, never preordered on humble but it's not one to worry about. They're always on point.
