UE5 Lumen ist engine/software RT, every card can run it, not so good but better in perfomrance.
NVidia RTX is hardware RT, only cards with tnesor cores can run it, better looking but bad performance.
Second post mentions this:
Anyone got it working?
But honestly all you need to do is read the minimum specs. The 10XX cards are from 9 years ago, the 16XX cards are from 6 years ago. Like no ♥♥♥♥ they aren’t supported. 6 years is more than enough time for an upgrade which should be about once every 5 years imo. And in the state the games performance is currently in with officially supported cards? I wouldn’t recommend it at all on those half decade old cards, even if a workaround is discovered.
Honestly sounds kinda mean to just say “deal with it” but if you wanna play it on pc, your gonna need to play by square’s rules, and bite the bullet on a new GPU.
How about no
Seeing from this video, with high/medium on most options, around 50 fps. As I thought, it would be playable on a GTX 1660 Super, as it has around the same performance as RTX 2060 and is more recent than it.
And aside from that, Remake can run fine on it.

Laptop: Windows 10 / GTX 1650.
Any tips or help?"
You're just cooked for now, sorry
