No need to force quality preset E in your global settings. It became the default with 3.7.0. Quality preset F is for DLAA.

Yup, pretty cool. Too bad the game didn't release with DLSS 4 by default but you can force it thanks to the Cyberpunk update that included the new DLSS 4 DLL file version 310.1.0.0.
