Will Remake save game file transfer over to Rebirth?

Anyone who had this game on Playstation, do you import your levels, materia, weapons, etc. or do we start all over again?

There's nothing like that. You get two bonus Materia for having a Remake save (I believe specifically one for a main story save and one for a Intermission save)

A lot of the characters in Rebirth play differently than they did in Remake, so transferring stuff from the previous game wouldn't really apply. Think of it as a new combat system.
