Also, there are additional bonuses based on the type of game you bought like pre-order, Deluxe, etc.
I tried moving the Remake saves to Rebirth's, but unfortunately, that didn't work. The game couldn't find any Remake saves, despite there being lots in its save folder.
To make matters worse, the presence of the Remake saves in Rebirth's save folder actually soft-locked the game during the save loading process.
Though, It does explicitly states that the saves need to be from the same platform and the same account, I find that SE should have made the bonus items accessible throughout all platforms the game is available for by default, all the more since I paid the full price for both games.
The game is beautiful, fun to play, runs well and is very well optimised. But I'm gonna give it a thumbs down in Steam's recommendation just to give SE a gentle notch that they should really reconsider whether they really think their costumer service is setup as it should be.
